In this role, you will part of a „startup” phase within a well-established enterprise environment, to globally drive operational and development of endpoint (Client and Offices) information security-related services around the world for the very first time.

You will be providing 24 x7 rotation monitoring and ticket resolution support.

  • You will own a list of tasks forecasted at 4 weekly bases to be delivered by you within the world of endpoint security
  • You will be implementing, configuring and toning and standardising endpoint security technologies, which protects our tens of thousands user’s devices, and secure the data traffic coming in and out of hundreds of our offices and factories.
  • You will be providing your security assessment of situations from a migration, transformation, upgrade and decommission perspectives.
  • You will be participating in training to grow your skills for you to deliver endpoint security product excellence to our customers.
  • You will receive hands-on mentoring from senior engineers and endpoint product experts, which eventually make you a subject matter expert within the security domain.
  • You will resolve support tickets from our customers to help them achieve with the business and security needs related to endpoint security, in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • The role requires occasional travel, local and nationwide.

Wymagane doświadczenie

  • Technical Skill Set (Strongly Preferred): Zscalar
  • Technical Skill Set (Preferred): Carbon Black, FireEye Qualys, Any End Point, DLP Products covering devices and local sites protection.
  • Projects Settings (preferred but not required): Working in a customer-facing and or product development capacity, in roles such as presales, post-sales, professional services, vendor’s partners, or engineer/DevOps engineer within a product management setting.
  • You have 2+ years of involvement as a technical resource within a project setting.
  • You have a general understanding of:
    • End Point Security Domain and Data Protection Domain, Data leakage Protection/Prevention, and their role within an overall security control footprint.
    • ifferences among IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models, and the implications of provider side level of support processes
    • IT and Security Incident Management Processes.
    • Vulnerability Management Finding and Fix process.
    • the overlaying and underlaying relationships between cross datacentres virtualised and physical infrastructures.

Mile widziane:

  • Exposure to agile experience (Concepts such as Sprints, Scrum Master, and Product Owner).
  • Understanding the role of a SIEM solution.
  • Worked in regulated environments, which is audited by either PCI-DSS, ISO27001, Online Gaming Regulations, SoC2, CSA STAR or similar.
