Who you are
We believe that you are a skilled trouble-shooter, problem solver with at least 2 years of working experience. You are familiar with software development and debugging tools such as IntelliJ or VisualStudio and MSSQL Management Studio. You have good understanding of Java and Transact-SQL. You will be helping customers with issues related to HW (electronics), Firmware, Software and Mobile Apps.
You like having a high degree of autonomy, you learn rapidly and eagerly, you are self-motivating and flexible; you do not wait to be told what to do and never feel „that’s not my job”. Reprioritization of your tasks is not a problem for you and you are used to working with Kanban-Agile methodologies.
You are able to stay calm in stressful situations. You love solving complex problems creatively without letting frustration get in your way. You can identify root causes and get beyond treating symptoms.
You are a team player, you like helping others and you are always ready to both help and ask for help when needed. You have pedagogical skills that will specifically come to use when helping the users and the 2nd and 1st support lines engineers. You share information and knowledge openly and proactively. You enjoy working in team with a culture of freedom and responsibility, innovation and self-discipline.
You will be a member of the Operations Team and the following will be some of your main tasks: reproducing customer issues, trouble shooting, debugging, analyzing and coordinating customer support cases. You will work with one of our most successful products in the market: an electromechanical locking system called CLIQ.
You will act as a bridge between the internal customers and the development team. You will be an important source of customer feedback towards both the development team and the Product Owner. You are one of a kind when it comes to having customer focus.
International traveling will be required up to 4 weeks per year. Training and visiting our customers might also be one of the tasks that you will perform as a member of the team.
- Good understanding of code written in Java
- Good understanding of MSSQL, ability to write T-SQL queries
- Practical experience with Web Services solution SOAP, REST
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server
- AWS cloud fundamentals
