Extended Access Technology has prime engineering centres in Krakow and Albuquerque, with additional resources in Cardiff and in many geographies to support our customers.
We currently seek to recruit a Product Manager with hands-on experience in product development to help us deliver state of the art solutions that address needs of our  most demanding customers.  We search for candidates who have the intelligence and experience to cut straight to what’s relevant and concisely ask the right questions. Our culture is characterized by short decision paths, clear targets and team spirit. We work in multinational environment so fluent English in speaking and writing is a must. Limited international travel is likely.
  • Working with the rest of our organization to clarify business requirements, build product plans and negotiate with key stakeholders shape of the product roadmap
  • Ensuring all stakeholders and in-house teams work together smoothly, and everyone has what they need
  • Confident planning and management of tight schedules and budgets; proactively identify potential project risks and mitigation plans
  • Accurate and lean project administration
  • Contributing to teams’ agile processes from start to finish including: Scrum and Kanban management, deployment and testing methodologies, etc.
  • Bachelor degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and hands on experience in product development; passion for and broad technical understanding of software development
  • Experience in using a flexible approach in a process-light environment, drawing from your wide knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Experience in delivering challenging projects with immovable deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a tendency toward action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
