We are looking for

Our partner is looking for a person who will be responsible for comprehensive first- and second-tier support for the efficient resolution of IT incidents, service requests and problems. This position also requires strong cooperation with the Support Services Manager EMEA & APAC. Main duties will be triages all IT incidents to provide proper categorization and  solving problems. Customer service and technical skills are also needed to insure individual judgement to every case. IT Support Services Specialist has to provide technical support for business systems following troubleshooting guidelines and scripts. This position requires staying in good relations with customers and taking care of appropriate follow-through, Coordinating users communication, documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware, software systems will be also a part of this job.

Your skills

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate networked environment. Moreover technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, PC hardware technology, cell phones and tablets is needed. Company is looking for an employee who has skills like Active Directory, Lotus Notes or Exchange mail services, MS Office, networking, telephony, and application level ID administration.  Furthermore, ITIL methodology and ServiceNow are used by company too so having experience in using those technologies is also required. Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, ability to follow documented operational procedures and independently organize, planning, meeting deadlines are elements of a perfect candidate’s profile.

IT Support Services Specialist should be eager to read and interpret technical journals and know international technical standards. Ability to communicate in Polish and English language in speaking and writing is compulsory.
